INITIATIVES IN BRAZIL
In Brazil, many spectroscopy research has been made in recent decades. However, the first initiative effectively published and related to Soil Spectral Library is from Formaggio et al. (1996) at the level of the São Paulo state. More broadly, the work of Bellinaso et al. (2010) made a library containing 4 states. Today the ESALQ group already has data from 6 states.
